- NO RETURNS
(a) Subscription Services:
- Due to the instantaneous delivery and irretrievable nature of the digital reports and updates provided, we do not accept any returns of MarketWatch by FINMET subscriptions.
(b) Final Sale:
- All purchases of MarketWatch by FINMET subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once the subscription service is activated, they cannot be returned.
- CANCELLATION
(a) Subscription Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription to MarketWatch by FINMET at any time; however, please be aware that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the subscription period already paid.
(b) Termination by Company:
- We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if we determine that you have violated the terms of service, with no refund to be provided.
- RENEWALS
(a) Automatic Renewal:
- Unless you notify us before the end of your subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will renew automatically and you authorize us (without further notice to you) to collect the then-applicable subscription fee and any taxes, using any payment method we have on record for you.
- EXCEPTIONS
(a) Extenuating Circumstances:
- In the case of a proven error on our part or service unavailability for an extended period that prevents access to our reports, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a proportional refund.
